Clankmaxx is a month-to-month subscription with no lock-in. Here's exactly how canceling and refunds work.

How to cancel

  • Open your Stripe customer portal — it's linked from your purchase receipt email, and you can open it from here too.
  • Cancel the subscription. That's the whole process — no retention flow, no exit survey.

What happens when you cancel

  • No further renewals are charged.
  • Your access continues through the end of the current paid month, then the license deactivates.
  • Your data stays put: memories, chats, and notes live on your Mac, and canceling doesn't touch them. If you re-subscribe later and reactivate the same Mac, everything is where you left it.

Refunds

Each month is billed in advance and you keep access through the paid period, so we don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If something actually went wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal after you canceled, a payment you didn't authorize — that's different, and we'll put it right. Email [email protected] with your purchase email and we'll fix it.

Moving Macs

Your subscription covers up to 2 Macs at a time. To move to a new one, deactivate the old Mac in Settings → Subscription, then activate on the new one with the same key.
